Russell L. London
Attorney
Russell L. London has over twenty-five years of experience representing creditors and banking clients in the areas of commercial and retail collections and consumer bankruptcy matters in the State of Connecticut. His work has been cited by such nationally recognized publications as The Philadelphia Inquirer; and he has published a number of articles in the VISA Bankruptcy Newsletter. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the Connecticut Bar Association (CBA), and the National Creditors Bar Association, for which he has been a frequent featured speaker and panelist.
He is on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Creditors Bar Association and serves as co-Chair of the section's Legislative Action Committee. He most recently completed two terms as a gubernatorial-appointed member of the Connecticut Judicial Review Counsel. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee Law School (JD 1989) and graduated with honors from Bates College (BA 1986). While in law school, he received the Best Brief Writer Award in the 1989 John W. Davis Moot Court Competition. Attorney London also served in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary for over 20 years; and he is an avid sailor and skier.
Joane Mueller London
Attorney
Attorney Mueller-London has over 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate law and commercial finance, employment law, condominium law, including condominium and municipal foreclosures, and creditors' rights with a particular focus on regulatory compliance.
She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, and previously served as a member of the Small Business Advisory Council of the Connecticut Business and Industry Association. She served as an officer and director of the Rotary Club of Newington; and she is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow. Through her work with GNCS, Inc., a local non-profit, she has taken a leadership role in fund raising for various charitable organizations, including the Autism Unit at the Hospital for Special Care in New Britain, and The Fisher House of West Haven, Connecticut. She has been a featured speaker for the local chapter of the National Association of Accounts Receivable Managers, and she has served as a board member of the Community Associations Institute, Connecticut Chapter. She currently serves as a Commissioner on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Wethersfield.
Attorney Mueller-London is a graduate of Cornell Law School (JD 1991). She earned a Master of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania (MA 1986) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University (BA 1984), from which she graduated with honors.
Dora K. Richwine
Attorney
Dora Krzyzek Richwine is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Storrs, earning her Bachelor of Arts with a double-major in Political Science and Philosophy in 2001. Attorney Richwine earned her Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts in 2004. While at Western New England University, Attorney Richwine earned an academic scholarship and was a member of the Moot Court Trial Team.
Prior to joining London & London, Attorney Richwine was an Assistant State's Attorney in both the Meriden and New Britain Judicial Districts, where she represented the State of Connecticut in the prosecution of criminal and motor vehicle offenses. In addition to supporting several of the firm's practice areas, Attorney Richwine focuses her practice on regulatory compliance issues and client reporting requirements.
Attorney Richwine serves as the firm's Director of Regulatory Compliance.
Jonathan N. Reyyashi
Attorney
Jonathan Nidal Reyyashi is a graduate of Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts (JD 2023). He earned a Bachelor of Arts with a double-major in History and Political Science from the University of Connecticut, Storrs (BA 2016). While studying at Western New England University, Attorney Reyyashi earned an academic scholarship and represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a 3:03 Certified Student Prosecutor.
Prior to joining London & London, Attorney Reyyashi worked and interned in various legal roles, including serving as a paralegal at a local estate planning law firm, which provided him with valuable experience in client advocacy and navigating complex administrative processes. He also served as a legal research clerk for the State of Connecticut Superior Court, where he gained firsthand insight into the preparation and drafting of judicial opinions and court memoranda. Attorney Reyyashi is committed to supporting the firm's work and achieving practical, client-focused results.
